Please note that, for catering purposes, registrations close at 23:59 Tuesday 19 November.

Information for attendees:

  • All venues are wheelchair accessible. The Piano also has a hearing loop, is equipped with the latest audio-visual technology, and has a dedicated quiet space for those who need it.

  • Kai a te ata morning tea is not provided due to the 10:30am start. If you would like to eat beforehand, we recommend the many cafes on New Regent Street next to The Piano.

  • We are aiming for this to be a zero waste event. Please take home any packaging you bring in.
